We dispatch from our Rutherford, NSW, Australia warehouse, and orders placed before 9 AM AEST on a business day are usually shipped the same or next business day.

Shipping within Australia
Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD, up to 8 kg.
Below $150 (or over 8 kg), standard shipping is calculated at checkout by state and weight, starting from $28.
Standard deliveries go with StarTrack or TNT Express and typically arrive in 2–4 business days with tracking.
Express shipping is available to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT and WA — select it at checkout.
Express orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days.
You’re welcome to collect your order from our Rutherford warehouse instead — just let us know.
International shipping
Free DHL Express shipping on international orders of $1,500 AUD or more, up to 4 kg per order.
All other international orders ship with DHL Express, calculated at checkout by destination and chargeable weight.
Typical delivery is 3–5 business days once dispatched.
Duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
How shipping is calculated
Shipping is charged on the chargeable weight of your order — whichever is greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm, divided by 5,000). This is the same way our carriers charge us, so the price you see at checkout is the real cost of getting your parts to you — nothing hidden in the product price.
Large orders and your own carrier account
For very large or heavy shipments, we’re happy to quote freight before you order — call or email us with the part numbers and your delivery address.
If you’d rather use your own DHL, FedEx or TNT account, no problem. Contact us and we’ll arrange dispatch on your account.
